Hayley Hainer
Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Hayley has always had a passion for all things in the beauty industry. After attending Virginia Commonwealth University, Hayley decided to turn her passion into her career and went to cosmetology school. In 2013, Hayley moved to North Carolina, and her career took off. She has trained with many prestigious educators over the years and has travelled all over the country to attended global hair shows and classes to further her education. She loves sharing her knowledge, which led her to be salon mentor for 4 years. She trained and educated new stylists on everything from consultations to color formulations.
Hayley is a certified Redken Specialist and is also certified in the Redken Color Authority program. She loves all aspects of hair styling, but specializes in balayage and custom color techniques, creating looks specifically tailored to each client. She loves a transformation and making people feel and look their best!
Outside of the salon, Hayley enjoys cooking and spending time with her long-haired chihuahua (Harlow) and her family, especially her 2 year old niece (Juliana).
